بذلَ جهود متضافرة لبناء مجموعة أكبر من الموظفين العاملين لحسابهم الخاص بتحديد المرشحين الواعدين بطرق شتى منها إجراء امتحان اللغة التنافسي، أو تنفيذ برنامج الإدارة للتواصل مع الجامعات، أو التدريبات الداخلية، أو منح التدريب، أو الاختبارات المتخصصة التي تجريها فرادى الوحدات من حين لآخر ومن خلال تقديم توجيهات محلية منتظمة ومواصلة تقديم الآراء إلى المرشحين المحددين؛

A concerted effort to build a larger pool of freelance staff by identifying promising candidates by various means, including through the competitive language examination process, the Department’s Universities Outreach Programme, internships, traineeships or ad hoc tests conducted from time to time by individual units, and by providing regular in-house coaching and continuing feedback to candidates so identified;
