وأرحب بالتقدم الملموس المحرز في تنفيذ ”الاتفاق الأول بشأن المبادئ التي تحكم تطبيع العلاقات“ الموقَّع في 19 نيسان/أبريل 2013 بين بلغراد وبريشتينا، وخطة التنفيذ اللاحقة المؤرخة 22 أيار/مايو، وفي جوانب هامة أخرى للحوار، من قبيل الطاقة والاتصالات.

I welcome the tangible progress achieved in the implementation of the “First agreement on principles governing the normalization of relations” of 19 April 2003, reached between Belgrade and Pristina, the subsequent implementation plan of 22 May, and other important areas of the dialogue, such as energy and telecommunications.
