As the Republic of Belarus is a candidate for WTO entry and will eventually become a full member of that organization, the question of evaluating the harm caused to Belarus’ interests as a result of the EU’s enlargement, and of granting Belarus appropriate compensation, will need to be discussed in such bilateral negotiations.

Поскольку Республика Беларусь является кандидатом на вступление в ВТО и в будущем станет полноправным членом данной организации, необходимо в ходе двусторонних переговоров обсудить вопрос об оценке ущерба, наносимого интересам Беларуси в результате расширения ЕС, и о предоставлении белорусской стороне соответствующих компенсаций.
