A user footmark-based contents search device comprises: a footmark collector which is connected to terminals of users through a wired and wireless communication network, collects footmarks of each user through a communication server by being connected to the communication server that stores the footmarks of each user, generates footmark data by forming the collected footmark as data, and updates the data in the communication server in real time; and a searcher which receives the footmarks of each user from the footmark collector, searches for other users having other footmarks including one or more of the plurality of footmarks of the users when contents of the users are searched, and searches for contents corresponding to the footmarks of the users or the footmarks of the searched other users by setting the contents to preferential search scopes.

사용자별 풋마크 기반의 컨텐츠 검색 장치는, 사용자의 단말기와 유무선 통신망을 통해 연결되어, 사용자별 풋마크를 저장하는 통신 서버에 연결되어 통신 서버를 통한 사용자별 풋마크(Footmark)를 수집하고, 수집된 풋마크를 데이터화하여 풋마크 데이터를 생성하고 실시간으로 통신 서버에 업데이트하는 풋마크 수집부와, 풋마크 수집부로부터 사용자별 풋마크를 수신하고, 사용자의 컨텐츠 검색시에 사용자의 복수의 풋마크 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 타 풋마크를 가지는 타 사용자를 검색하여, 사용자의 풋마크 또는 검색된 타 사용자의 풋마크에 대응하는 컨텐츠를 우선 검색 범위로 설정하여 검색하는 검색부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
