To help the victim and bring an end to the climate of violence in the home, the law also authorizes the Public Prosecutor's Office to order precautionary or security measures for the alleged perpetrator; these consist of the prohibition against going to a specific place, security for good behaviour or any other measures it considers necessary to safeguard the physical or psychological integrity of the victim. It is for the administrative authority to ensure compliance with these measures

También la ley dispone, en beneficio de la víctima y para que cese el clima de violencia imperante en el hogar, que el ministerio público imponga al probable responsable medidas precautorias o de seguridad, las cuales consisten en la prohibición de ir a un lugar determinado, caución de no ofender o las que considere necesarias para salvaguardar la integridad física o psicológica de la víctima, en tanto que a la autoridad administrativa corresponde vigilar el cumplimiento de estas medidas
