The method for manufacturing a biodegradable board according to the present invention comprises mixing and dispersing 100 parts by weight of wood pulp and 1 to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic biodegradable resin having a melting point of 100 to 170°C so as to obtain a mixture of the wood pulp and biodegradable resin, injecting the mixture of the wood pulp and biodegradable resin into a mold, and pressurizing the mixture at a temperature higher than the melting point of the biodegradable resin so as to mold a board.

Selon la présente invention le procédé de fabrication d'une planche biodégradable comporte le mélange et la dispersion de 100 parties en poids de pâte de bois et 1 à 100 parties en poids d'une résine thermoplastique biodégradable ayant un point de fusion de 100 à 170°C de façon à obtenir un mélange de la pâte de bois et de la résine biodégradable, l'injection du mélange de la pâte de bois et de la résine biodégradable dans un moule et la mise sous pression du mélange à une température plus élevé que celle du point de fusion de la résine biodégradable afin de mouler une planche.

본 발명은 목재 펄프 100중량부와 용융온도가 100~170°C로서 열가소성을 갖는 생분해성 수지 1~100중량부를 혼합, 분산하여 목재펄프와 상기 생분해성 수지의 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 제조된 상기 목재펄프와 생분해성 수지의 혼합물을 금형내에 투입한 다음 상기 생분해성 수지의 용융온도 이상의 온도에서 압력을 가하여 보드를 성형한다.
