قدَّم المكتب، من خلال برنامجه المواضيعي المتعلق بإجراءات مكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية والاتِّجار غير المشروع، خاصة الاتِّجار بالمخدِّرات، مساعدات تقنية ترمي إلى بناء القدرة على مكافحة المخدِّرات لدى الهيئات الوطنية في غرب أفريقيا، وجنوب شرق آسيا، وأمريكا الوسطى والجنوبية، ووسط آسيا، وأفغانستان وباكستان؛ ودعم المكتبُ الجهودَ الرامية إلى زيادة التنسيق وتقاسم المعلومات فيما يخص الجماعاتِ المستهدفةَ الضالعة في الاتِّجار بالمخدِّرات عبر الحدود ومراقبةَ السلائف.

Through its thematic programme on action against transnational organized crime and illicit trafficking, including drug trafficking, UNODC delivered technical assistance to build the counter-narcotics capacity of national agencies in West Africa, South-East Asia, Central and South America, Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan and supported efforts to increase the coordination and sharing of information with regard to targeted transnational drug trafficking groups and precursor control.

Par le biais de son programme thématique de lutte contre la criminalité transnationale organisée et les trafics, y compris le trafic de drogues, l’ONUDC a fourni une assistance technique ayant pour but de renforcer les capacités de lutte contre les stupéfiants dont disposent les services nationaux compétents en Afrique de l’Ouest, en Asie du Sud-Est, en Amérique centrale et du Sud, en Asie centrale, en Afghanistan et au Pakistan, et il a appuyé les efforts visant à développer la coordination et l’échange d’informations sur le contrôle des précurseurs et sur certains groupes de trafiquants transnationaux.

В рамках своей тематической программы действий по борьбе с транснациональной организованной преступностью и незаконным оборотом, включая оборот наркотиков, УНП ООН предоставляло техническую помощь в создании потенциала для борьбы с наркотиками у национальных учреждений в Западной Африке, Юго-Восточной Азии, Центральной и Южной Америке, Центральной Азии, Афганистане и Пакистане и оказывало поддержку усилиям, направленным на усиление координации работы и обмен информацией по конкретным группам, занимающимся транснациональным незаконным оборотом наркотиков, и по вопросам контроля за прекурсорами.
