CIDA is also supporting a Grain Quality and Handling Project, involving the Canadian Grain Commission, which is intended to improve grain quality in Ukraine and to implement a system of cash advance loans, through warehouse storage receipts, in order to allow for small farmers and large-scale producers to compete on the international market and to expand domestic markets.

Le projet a pour objectif d'améliorer la qualité du grain en Ukraine et de mettre en place un système d'avances de fonds basé sur les reçus d'entreposage, qui permettra aux petits agriculteurs comme aux producteurs à grande échelle de concurrencer sur le marché international et de développer les marchés intérieurs.
