본 발명은 한약재로부터 유래되는 유지류 또는 지용성 성분을 포함하는 약침용 조성물의 조제방법, 이로부터 조제된 약침용 조성물, 및 상기 조성물로부터 제조된 약침 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따라 조제된 약침용 조성물은 기존의 약침용 조성물이 나타내는 부작용, 예를 들면 투여시 부주의에 의한 염증 및 화농 현상, 유지의 높은 점도에 의한 니들 교체 및 니들 터짐 현상, 및 멸균시 기포 및 버블 현상 발생으로 인한 내용물 변질 등을 예방할 수 있으므로, 홍화유, 호도유 등을 이용하는 약침 치료가 요구되는 다양한 질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
