تسعى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والبلدان الغربية بعناد إلى فرض ”معيار حقوق الإنسان“ لها على البلدان الأخرى في الوقت الحاضر، كما في الماضي، اساءة لاستخدام مسألة عمومية معيار حقوق الإنسان الذي تم تحديده في الاتفاقيات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
