ويبدأ التسجيل في عين الموقع للمشاركين في الاجتماع يوم الأحد، الموافق 20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011 في الساعة العاشرة صباحاً، وفي الساعة الثامنة من صباح كل يوم من أيام الاجتماع.
