In the old days we called it ‘brain drain' because it was the poor socio-economic and politico-administrative environment of the 70s and 80s that forced the exodus of our best talent to greener pastures.

हम पुराने दिनों में इसे ‘'प्रतिभा का पलायन'' कहते थे क्योंकि 70 और 80 के दशकों का शिथिल सामाजिक-आर्थिक एवं राजनैतिक-प्रशासनिक वातावरण ही था, जिसने हमारी सर्वोत्तम प्रतिभाओं को हरे-भरे चारागाहों की ओर निर्गमन के लिए बाध्य कर दिया था।
