Nachdem Knaus-Ogino lange Zeit die natürliche Verhütung durch schlechte Resultate in Verruf gebracht hat, hatte sich das PERIMON-Team im Jahr 1995 vorgenommen, eine neue Version der Zeitwahlmethode zu entwickeln, die einfach anzuwenden und zugleich zuverlässig ist.

After Knaus-Ogino having discredited the natural family planning for quite a long time by bad results of their method, the PERIMON team undertook the effort to design a new version of the rythm method in the course of the year 1995, that is easy to use and reliable at the same time. Still in the same year the programming of the software started.
