وعلى الجانب الآخر من كفة الميزان، أشار المنسقون المقيمون إلى أن الصناديق والبرامج الرئيسية الموجهة نحو التنمية تدرج نتائج في وثائقها للبرامج القطرية مطابقة للنتائج المدرجة في إطار عمل الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية، في نسبة 17 إلى 30 في مائة من البلدان (تتباين النسبة المئوية من وكالة إلى أخرى).

At the other end of the scale, the resident coordinators reported that the major development-oriented funds and programmes had outcomes in their country programme documents that were identical to the outcomes in the UNDAF, in 17 to 30 per cent of programme countries (the percentage varies from one agency to the other).
