The Inuvialuit Arbitration Board is a quasi-judicial body with the jurisdiction to arbitrate differences between the Inuvialuit and the governments of Canada, the Northwest Territories or Yukon, as well as between the Inuvialuit and industry regarding the meaning, interpretation, application or implementation of the Western Arctic (Inuvialuit) Final Agreement.

La Commission d'arbitrage des Inuvialuit est un organisme quasi judiciaire chargé d'arbitrer tout différend pouvant survenir entre les Inuvialuit et les gouvernements du Canada, des Territoires du Nord-Ouest et du Yukon, ainsi qu'entre les Inuvialuit et l'industrie, en ce qui concerne le sens, l'interprétation, l'application ou la mise en œuvre de la Convention définitive des Inuvialuit (région ouest de l'Arctique).
