وفيما يتعلق برسوم طلب الادعاء بالحق الشخصي أمام المحاكم الجزائية تنص المادة 56 من قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية على أنه: "يعفى المدعي الشخصي من تعجيل الرسوم والنفقات إذا حصل على قرار بالتأجيل وفقاً لنظام رسوم المحاكم".

With regard to the costs of civil actions brought before criminal courts, article 56 of the Code of Criminal Procedure states: “The civil party shall be exempt from the prompt payment of costs and fees, if a decision to defer such costs and fees is issued in accordance with the Court Fees Statute.”

En lo relativo a las tasas por demandas a titulo personal presentadas ante tribunales penales, el artículo 56 del Código de Procedimiento Penal establece que "el demandante a título personal será exonerado del pago anticipado de las tasas y gastos si obtiene una decisión de aplazamiento de conformidad con el Reglamento sobre tasas judiciales".

Что касается издержек, связанных с рассмотрением исков, поданных в личном качестве в уголовные суды, то в соответствии со статьей 56 Уголовно-процессуального кодекса "истец, выступающий в личном качестве, освобождается от оплаты ожидаемых издержек и расходов при условии удовлетворения его просьбы об отсрочке оплаты в порядке, предусмотренном Постановлением об оплате судебных издержек".
