La cantidad de bares que ofrecen tapas es muy grande, pero seleccionando varias zonas de fácil acceso (a pie) podemos indicaros varios bares principalmente en el Casco Viejo: en la calle Estébanes (El Tubo, entre la plaza España y la plaza del Pilar), plaza Santa Marta (tras la catedral de La Seo), y bar "Cervino", calle Ainzón, en el barrio de La Almozara, entre el palacio de La Aljafería y el río Ebro.
