本発明のCNT金属複合材は、複数のCNTに金属を被着してなるCNT金属複合材であって、3重量%以上70重量%以下の前記CNTを含み、一万倍の走査型電子顕微鏡像において、前記CNTが一様に分布した領域を備え、前記領域の長さが少なくとも1μmであり、一万倍の2次元の元素分析で、前記金属の信号と炭素の信号とが特定の領域に局在しておらず、前記金属の信号と前記炭素の信号とが一様に分布した領域の長さが少なくとも1μmであり、且つ、許容電流密度が6×106A/cm2以上であり、かつ体積抵抗率が1×10-6Ω・cm以上5×10-3Ω・cm以下である。
