وسيولى اهتمام خاص لاستعادة النظم الإيكولوجية الأرضية الشديدة التدهور، وإنشاء ممرات إيكولوجية تزيد من قدرة النظم الإيكولوجية والتنوع البيولوجي على التكيف مع تغير المناخ.
