The members of the Multidisciplinary Expert Panel and the Bureau will oversee the provision of inputs to the Plenary on scoping and the establishment of a global time-bound and task-specific expert group for the assessment, comprising report co-chairs, coordinating lead authors, lead authors and review editors.
