Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dispersionspulvern mittels Sprühtrocknung von wässrigen Polymerdispersionen und Zugabe von Antiblockmittel, in einem Rotationszerstäubungs-Trockner, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antiblockmittel mittels Förderluft, ganz oder teilweise, in einen Ringspalt gefördert wird, welcher durch ein um das Gehäuse des Rotationszerstäubers konzentrisch angeordnetes Formteil gebildet wird, und welcher in einem Abstand oberhalb zur Oberkante der Zerstäuberscheibe des Rotationszerstäubers endet.

The invention provides a process for producing dispersion powders by means of spray drying of aqueous polymer dispersions and addition of antiblocking agents in a rotary atomization dryer, characterized in that the antiblocking agent is conveyed by means of delivery air, wholly or partly, into an annular gap which is formed by a moulding arranged concentrically around the housing of the rotary atomizer, and which ends at a distance above the upper edge of the atomizer plate of the rotary atomizer.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de poudres en dispersion par séchage par pulvérisation de dispersions polymères aqueuses et addition d'agents antibloquants dans un séchoir par pulvérisation rotatif, caractérisé en ce que l'agent antibloquant est transporté entièrement ou partiellement, au moyen d'un flux d'air de transport, dans un espace annulaire formé par un élément moulé disposé concentrique autour du boîtier du pulvérisateur rotatif, et se terminant à distance au-dessus de l'arête supérieure du disque de pulvérisation du pulvérisateur rotatif.
