Wenn wir das Recht der Kirche deutlich herausstellen und beanspruchen, ist es doch nicht unsere Absicht, der bürgerlichen Gemeinschaft das Recht zu bestreiten, mit jenen Hilfsmitteln Unterrichtung und Belehrung zu verbreiten, wie sie für das Gemeinwohl notwendig oder nützlich sind.
