In the context of the reconfiguration of the organizational and administrative structure of the Mission and in keeping with the call on UNMIL by the Security Council in its resolution 2066 (2012) and in order to improve the ratio of substantive to support staff pursuant to General Assembly resolution 66/264, it is proposed that 3 Field Service posts of Facilities Management Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Warehouse Assistant, respectively, and 37 national General Service staff posts (8 Engineering Assistant, 1 Warehouse Assistant, 22 Mason and 6 Engineering Technician) be abolished.

En el contexto de la reconfiguración del organigrama y la estructura administrativa de la Misión y de conformidad con la exhortación del Consejo de Seguridad a la UNMIL en su resolución 2066 (2012), y a fin de mejorar la relación entre el número de funcionarios que desempeñan funciones sustantivas y el personal de apoyo con arreglo a la resolución 66/264 de la Asamblea General, se propone suprimir 3 puestos del Servicio Móvil (de Auxiliar de Gestión de Instalaciones, Auxiliar Administrativo y Auxiliar de Almacenes, respectivamente) y 37 puestos del Cuadro de Servicios Generales de contratación nacional (8 de Auxiliar de Ingeniería, 1 de Auxiliar de Almacenes, 22 de Albañil y 6 de Técnico de Ingeniería).

Dans le cadre de la reconfiguration de la structure organisationnelle et administrative de la Mission, et conformément à l’instruction donnée par le Conseil de sécurité à la MINUL dans sa résolution 2066 (2012), et afin d’améliorer le ratio entre le personnel opérationnel et le personnel d’appui en application de la résolution 66/264 de l’Assemblée générale, il est proposé de supprimer 3 postes respectifs d’agent du Service mobile (1 poste d’assistant (gestions des installations), 1 poste d’assistant administratif et 1 poste d’assistant aux entrepôts) et 37 postes d’agent des services généraux recruté sur le plan national (8 postes d’assistant Génie, 1 poste d’assistant aux entrepôts, 22 postes de maçon et 6 postes de technicien du bâtiment).

В контексте изменения организационной и административной структуры Миссии, в соответствии с призывом, обращенным к МООНЛ Советом Безопасности в его резолюции 2066 (2012), а также в целях улучшения соотношения численности основного и вспомогательного персонала в соответствии с резолюцией 66/264 Генеральной Ассамблеи предлагается упразднить 3 должности категории полевой службы — помощника по эксплуатации помещений, административного помощника и помощника по складскому хозяйству — и 37 должностей национальных сотрудников категории общего обслуживания (8 помощников по инженерно-техническим вопросам, 1 помощника по складскому хозяйству, 22 каменщиков и 6 сотрудников по инженерно-техническим вопросам).

在特派团组织和行政结构调整的情况下,并根据安全理事会第2066(2012)号决议对联利特派团的要求,而且为了依照大会第66/264号决议改善实务人员与支助人员之比,拟裁撤3个外勤事务员额(分别为设施管理助理、行政助理和仓库助理)和37个本国一般事务人员员额(8个工程助理、1个仓库助理、22个泥瓦工和6个工程技师)。
