The immigrants’ integration process is also facilitated, according to the provisions of Law 1998/40, by simplified administrative procedures (residence permit and carte de séjour, family reunion, recognition of educational qualifications, registration at the registry office, at the INPS, at the National Health Service (SSN)) and the creation of the so-called “united desk” (sportello unico): interesting results have been achieved at the local level in towns such as Padua, Brescia (establishment of a municipal office for non-nationals), Florence, Rome (creation of a committee at the municipal councillor’s office for social affairs) and Latina (project “Point of service integrated with the public administration”).

También se facilita el proceso de integración de los inmigrantes con arreglo a las disposiciones de la Ley 40/1998, mediante procedimientos administrativos simplificados (permiso de residencia y tarjeta de residente, reunificación de familias, reconocimiento de las cualificaciones educacionales, inscripción en la oficina de registro del INPS y en el servicio sanitario nacional), y la creación de la llamada “ventanilla única” (sportello unico); se han logrado resultados interesantes a nivel local en ciudades como Padua, Brescia (establecimiento de una oficina municipal para los extranjeros), Florencia, Roma (creación en el municipio de un comité de oportunidades - oficina del concejal para asuntos sociales), Latina (proyecto titulado “Centro de servicios integrados a la administración pública”).

Le processus d’intégration des immigrés est également facilité par les procédures administratives simplifiées prévues par la loi n° 1998/40 (permis de résidence et carte de séjour, regroupement familial, reconnaissance des diplôme, inscription à l’état civil, à l’Institut national de la protection sociale, au Service national de santé) (SSN) et création du «guichet unique» (sportello unico): des résultats intéressants ont été atteints au niveau local dans des villes telles que Padoue, Brescia (création d’un Bureau municipal pour les non‐ressortissants), Florence, Rome (création d’un comité spécial au bureau du conseiller municipal pour les affaires sociales), et Latina (projet «Antenne intégrée à l’administration publique»).

Процесс интеграции иммигрантов также облегчают предусмотренные в Законе No 1998/40 упрощенные административные процедуры (постоянный вид на жительство и разрешение на проживание, воссоединение семей, признание документов об образовании, постановка на учет в регистрационной службе, НИСС и Национальной службе здравоохранения (НСЗ)), а также создание так называемых "объединенных пунктов" (sportello unico); интересные результаты были достигнуты на местном уровне в таких городах, как Падуя, Брешиа (создание муниципальной службы для иностранцев), Флоренция, Рим (создание в муниципалитете "Комитета по возможностям" ‐ службы советника по социальным делам), Латина (проекта "Пункт обслуживания при органах государственного управления").
