This method comprises previously locating the air chamber using a through-light, recycling the defective eggs and resiliently attaching the remaining eggs in a vertical position with the air chamber at the top.

Ce procédé consiste à déterminer au préalable la position de la chambre d'air à l'aide d'une lumière traversante. Une fois les oeufs défectueux recyclés, les oeufs restant sont fixés de manière élastique en une position verticale, la chambre d'air étant située vers le haut.
