وعندما يبلغ الموظفون الحد الزمني الأقصى لشغل وظائفهم، تُدرج وظائفهم الحالية في قائمة الوظائف المتاحة للتنقل ويتعين عليهم هم أنفسهم أن يستهلوا ترتيبات انتقالهم إلى وظيفة أخرى أو مجموعة مهنية أو إدارة أخرى. كما يمكن الوفاء باشتراط التنقل من خلال الانتقال إلى وكالة أخرى ضمن منظومة الأمم المتحدة.

When staff members reach their post-occupancy limit, their current posts will be included in a mobility compendium and they themselves must initiate the arrangements to move to another function, occupational group or department, the mobility requirement can also be fulfilled by movement to another agency within the United Nations system.

Когда у сотрудников наступает предельный срок пребывания в должности, занимаемые ими должности будут включаться в сводный список должностей охватываемых системой мобильности, а сами они должны будут принять меры для перехода на другую должность, в другую профессиональную группу или департамент; требование в отношении мобильности может быть также выполнено путем перевода в другое учреждение системы Организации Объединенных Наций.
