11(2) The board shall give full information to the auditor and permit necessary inspections to enable the audits to be made, and shall cause a certified statement of each audit, showing the receipts and expenditures of the corporation for the preceding fiscal year and the investments, if any, held by the corporation at the time of the audit for that year, to be laid before the first meeting of the members of the corporation held after completion of that audit, and to be published in a newspaper published in the City of Winnipeg.

11(2) Le Conseil donne des renseignements complets au vérificateur et permet les inspections nécessaires à la vérification; de plus, il fait présenter une déclaration certifiée de chaque vérification faisant état des recettes et des décaissements de la Corporation pour l'exercice précédent et les placements, le cas échéant, détenus par la Corporation au moment de la vérification de cette année, à la première assemblée des membres de la Corporation tenue après l'accomplissement de la vérification, et il fait publier cette déclaration dans un journal publié dans la Ville de Winnipeg.
