أما الأجانب والأشخاص عديمي الجنسية، فتكفل لهم الحقوق والحريات الواردة في القانون الدولي وفي تشريعات جورجيا، بما في ذلك الحق في اللجوء إلى المحاكم والهيئات الحكومية الأخرى من أجل حماية حقوقهم (المادة 8 من قانون المواطنة).

As concerns aliens and stateless persons, they are guaranteed the rights and freedoms contained in international law and the Georgian legislation, including the right to apply to courts and other State bodies for the protection of their rights (art. 8 of the Law on Citizenship).
