I believe that Under-Secretary-General Jean-Marie Guéhenno indicated in the Preparatory Committee for the special session of the General Assembly devoted to children that an informal inter-agency working group on the integration of child protection concerns into peace negotiations was being established and that this would take into account operational procedures being developed by OCHA in relation to the protection of civilians in armed conflict.

Creo que el Secretario General Adjunto Jean- Marie Guéhenno señaló en la Comisión Preparatoria del período extraordinario de sesiones de la Asamblea General en favor de la infancia que se había creado un grupo de trabajo oficioso interinstitucional para incluir el tema de la protección de los niños dentro de las negociaciones de paz, y que éste tomaría en cuenta los procedimientos operacionales desarrollados por la OCHA en cuanto a la protección de los civiles en los conflictos armados.

Je pense que le Secrétaire général adjoint, M. Jean-Marie Guéhenno, a fait état, devant le Comité préparatoire de la session extraordinaire de l’Assemblée générale consacrée aux enfants, de la création d’un groupe de travail informel interinstitutions sur l’intégration des questions relatives à la protection des enfants dans les négociations de paix. Celui-ci tiendrait compte des procédures opérationnelles élaborées par l’OCHA pour protéger les civils dans les conflits armés.

Я полагаю, что заместитель Генерального секретаря генерал Жан‐Мари Геэнно уже говорил в Подготовительном комитете Специальной сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи, посвященной детям, о том, что создается межучрежденческая неофициальная рабочая группа для включения вопросов, касающихся защиты детей, в процесс мирных переговоров и что он будет учитывать оперативные процедуры, разрабатываемые УКГД в рамках защиты гражданских лиц в вооруженном конфликте.
