The date for each such review shall be set up by the committee, having regard to the opinion of the medical officer of the organization on the prospects for the participant’s recovery, and in such manner that the interval between reviews does not normally exceed three years or five years in exceptional circumstances as determined by the committee based on reasonably established medical criteria concerning which the medical officer has provided guidance to the committee; the committee may nevertheless review a determination at an earlier date than that set for the review if there is reason to believe that the participant is no longer incapacitated.

La fecha de cada una de esas reconsideraciones será fijada por el comité, teniendo en cuenta la opinión del médico de la organización sobre las perspectivas de recuperación del afiliado y de manera que el intervalo entre las reconsideraciones no exceda normalmente de tres o cinco años en circunstancias excepcionales, según lo determine el comité sobre la base de criterios médicos establecidos razonablemente y respecto de los que el médico haya proporcionado orientación al comité; no obstante, el comité podrá reconsiderar una determinación en una fecha anterior a la fijada si hay razones para creer que el afiliado ya no está incapacitado.

Дата каждого такого рассмотрения устанавливается комитетом с учетом мнения врача организации относительно перспектив выздоровления участника Фонда и таким образом, чтобы интервал между пересмотрами не превышал, как правило, трех лет или пяти лет в исключительных случаях, определенных комитетом исходя из обоснованно установленных медицинских критериев, в отношении которых комитет был проконсультирован врачом; однако комитет может пересмотреть решение о признании участника нетрудоспособным до наступления срока, установленного для такого пересмотра, если имеются основания полагать, что участник Фонда больше не является нетрудоспособным.
