In einer prospektiv randomisierten Studie wurde der Einfluß auf die Wundheilungsstörung bei bedingt aseptischen Operationen durch lokale Gabe von Grammaxin und Totocillin verglichen.

The influence of Totocillin and Grammaxin on wound healing in potentially septic wounds was compared in a randomized prospective study. 121 patients were given prophylactic Grammaxin and among these 6(4.9%) of the wounds did not heal primarily.
