وترحب اللجنة بإنشاء المجلس الوطني لحماية حقوق الطفل، المكلف برصد الأهداف المحددة في خطة العمل الوطنية، وكذلك بإنشاء وحدة حقوق الطفل داخل وزارة شؤون المرأة والرعاية الاجتماعية، وهي الوحدة المكلفة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية في الدولة الطرف

The Committee welcomes the establishment of the National Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Child, in charge of monitoring the goals set by the National Plan of Action, as well as the Unit for the Rights of the Child (URC) within the Ministry of Women's Affairs and Social Welfare, in charge of the implementation of the Convention in the State party
