In addition to the comments provided in paragraph 373 of the report, MINUSTAH has embarked on the training of implementing partners especially in the regions to familiarize them with the rules, guidelines and procedures on quick‐impact projects as well as on the preparation of project proposals and the development of realistic budgets.

Aux observations formulées au paragraphe 373 du rapport il convient d’ajouter que la MINUSTAH a entrepris de dispenser une formation à ses partenaires d’exécution, en particulier dans les régions, afin qu’ils se familiarisent avec les règles, directives et procédures relatives aux projets à effet rapide, et se fassent une idée plus précise des activités qui sous-tendent l’élaboration des propositions budgétaires et l’établissement de budgets réalistes.

В дополнение к комментариям, представленным в пункте 373 доклада, следует указать, что МООНСГ приступила к организации подготовки представителей партнеров-исполнителей, особенно в регионах, в целях ознакомления их с правилами, руководящими принципами и процедурами в отношении проектов с быстрой отдачей, а также к подготовке предложений по проектам и составлению реалистичных бюджетов.
