Se crea la Comisión Nacional para la Cultura de Paz y la No Violencia, el Consejo Consultivo, Órgano Intersecretarial de la Comisión Nacional para la Cultura de Paz y la No Violencia, el Centro de Investigación de Estudios de Paz, el Consejo Nacional de Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil, los Observatorios de Violencia Social y de Género, los Centros de Mediación de Conflictos y Reconciliación Social, los Consejos Estatales de Cultura de Paz, instancias que tendrán una colaboración interinstitucional, sujetos al Programa Nacional de Fomento a la Cultura de Paz.
