“En virtud de que la ampliación de la obra mencionada implica realizar excavaciones del orden de 12.0 metros sobre la autopista actual, situación que afecta a la circulación al tener que reducirla a un solo carril, le sugerimos se haga un encamisado metálico por el interior del tubo existente y se rellene con lechada de cemento en espacio entre el tubo metálico y el interior del tubo existente y en la ampliación mantener el tubo metálico”, dice el oficio firmado por David Rodríguez, superintendente de obra del consorcio.
