ويقوم برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بدعم القدرات الوطنية فيما يتعلق بإدارة النظم الرسمية وغير الرسمية للعدالة بغية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من منظور طويل الأجل، ويتمتع البرنامج بالقدرة عموما على حشد الموارد على الصعيدين العالمي والإقليمي.

The United Nations Development Programme supports national capacities with regard to administration of formal and informal justice systems with a view to sustainable development from a long-term perspective and has a general ability to mobilize resources, at both the global and the regional level.
