In diesem Zusammenhang sind wir auf zwei Tendenzen im Panorama vieler italienischer sozialer Zentren gestoßen: einerseits Integration in die metropolitane Hierarchie und Streben nach Anerkennung der eigenen politischen und kulturellen Rolle, andererseits die Wahl des Ghettos, die ebenfalls hochgradig funktional hinsichtlich der Mechanismen differentieller Inklusion ist.

The political problem that we pose ourselves, then, is how to inflate the mechanisms of governance; how to construct battles, not in an impossible outside, but within and against the processes of differential inclusion; how to reappropriate a public and establish collective rule (institutions of commons as places of the organization of escape and rupture); how to take action on boundaries, where these spaces of resistance, subversion and exodus.

El problema político que nos planteamos, entonces, es cómo saturar los mecanismos de governance, cómo construir una batalla no en un afuera imposible, sino dentro y contra los mecanismos de inclusión diferencial. Cómo reapropiarse de lo público y determinar un poder de mando colectivo (instituciones de lo común, como lugar de organización de la fuga y de la ruptura).
