لاحظ برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي إدخال تعديلات على عدة قوانين تتعلق بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتقضي بزيادة تواؤم القوانين مع اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وإقرار خطة العمل الوطنية للفترة 2009-2015، الخاصة بخلق بيئة خالية من الحواجز للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

UNDP noted the adoption of amendments to several laws on the rights of persons with disabilities, which provided for further harmonization of laws with CRPD and the approval of the action plan for the establishment of a barrier-free living environment for people with disabilities for 2009-2015.
