ولذا تطلب اللجنة تعميم هذه الملاحظات الختامية في الوقت المناسب، باللغة الرسمية المقررة في الدولة الطرف، على مؤسسات الدولة المعنية على جميع المستويات (الوطني والإقليمي والمحلي)، ولا سيما على مستوى الحكومة والبرلمان والقضاء في الدانمرك وفي إقليمي غرينلاند وجزر فارو، حتى يتسنى تنفيذها تنفيذاً كاملا.

The Committee therefore requests that the present concluding observations be disseminated in a timely manner, in the official language of the State party, to the relevant State institutions at all levels (national, regional and local), in particular to the Government, the parliament and the judiciary, in Denmark and in the territories of Greenland and the Faroe Islands, to enable their full implementation.

En consecuencia, el Comité pide que se difundan las presentes observaciones finales de manera oportuna, en el idioma oficial del Estado parte, a las instituciones más importantes del Estado, en todos los niveles (nacional, regional y local), especialmente al Gobierno, al Parlamento y a la magistratura, en Dinamarca así como en los territorios de Groenlandia y las Islas Feroe, a fin de permitir su plena aplicación.

Il demande ainsi que les présentes observations finales soient communiquées sans tarder dans la langue officielle de l’État partie aux institutions publiques concernées à tous les niveaux (national, régional et local), notamment au Gouvernement, au Parlement et aux organes judiciaires, au Danemark et dans les territoires du Groenland et des îles Féroé, afin qu’il y soit intégralement donné suite.

В связи с этим Комитет просит, чтобы настоящие заключительные замечания были своевременно направлены на официальном языке государства-участника в соответствующие государственные учреждения на всех уровнях (местном, областном, национальном), в частности в структуры правительства, министерства, парламент и органы судебной власти Дании и территорий Гренландии и Фарерских островов для обеспечения их полномасштабного выполнения.
