The present invention relates to a wavelength-convertible semiconductor laser which is driven by a pulse, and more specifically, to a wavelength-convertible semiconductor laser, wherein: an expanded resonator is formed by including a laser diode chip on the outside of a pump semiconductor laser diode chip; and an oscillating wavelength of a pump laser is driven by a pulse determined from the outside of the semiconductor laser diode chip by inserting a filter, which is capable of selecting a wavelength, on the inside of said expanded resonator.

La présente invention concerne un laser à semi-conducteur à conversion de longueur d'onde qui est excité par une impulsion, et plus spécifiquement, un laser à semi-conducteur à conversion de longueur d'onde, où : un résonateur étendu est formé en incluant une puce de diode laser à l'extérieur d'une puce de diode laser à semi-conducteur à pompe; et où une longueur d'onde d'oscillation d'un laser à pompe est excitée par une impulsion déterminée depuis l'extérieur de la puce de diode laser à semi-conducteur en insérant un filtre, capable de sélectionner une longueur d'onde, à l'intérieur dudit résonateur étendu.

본 발명은 펄스로 구동하는 파장 변환형 반도체 레이저에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 펌프용의 반도체 레이저 다이오드 칩 외부에서 레이저 다이오드 칩을 포함하여 확장된 형태의 공진기를 형성하고, 상기 확장된 공진기 내부에 파장을 선택할 수 있는 필터를 삽입하여 펌프 레이저의 발진 파장을 반도체 레이저 다이오드 칩 외부에서 결정하는 펄스로 구동하는 파장 변환형 반도체 레이저에 관한 것이다.
