If one of the test results of the second or third exhaust silencing system or exhaust silencing component does not fulfil the conformity of production requirements of paragraph 9.1. of this UN Regulation, the type of exhaust silencing system or exhaust silencing component shall be considered not to conform to the requirements of this UN Regulation and the manufacturer shall take the necessary measures to re-establish the conformity.

Si le résultat de l’un des essais auxquels ont été soumis les deuxième et troisième dispositifs silencieux d’échappement ou éléments de ces dispositifs n’est pas conforme aux prescriptions du paragraphe 9.1 du présent Règlement relatives à la conformité de la production, le type de dispositif ou d’élément de ce dispositif est jugé non conforme aux prescriptions du présent Règlement et le fabricant doit prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour rétablir la conformité.

Если один из результатов испытания второй или третьей системы глушителя выхлопа либо второго или третьего элемента глушителя выхлопа не отвечает требованиям о соответствии производства, изложенным в пункте 9.1 настоящих Правил ООН, то данный тип системы глушителя выхлопа или ее элемента глушителя выхлопа считают не соответствующим требованиям настоящих Правил ООН, и изготовитель должен принять необходимые меры в целях восстановления соответствия производства.
