وأثنى المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب على عمل اللجنة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في منغوليا وهيئة الادعاء العام في تلقي الشكاوى والقيام بالتحقيق، لكنه أكد ضرورة توفير التمويل الكافي لهاتين الهيئتين، وعدم التدخل في عملهما من أجل ضمان حسن أدائهما(70).

While commending the work of the NHRCM and the Office of the Prosecution in receiving complains and undertaking investigations, the Special Rapporteur on the question of torture, in 2010, underlined the need for adequate funding of those mechanisms and non interference in their work in order to guarantee their functioning.

Si bien elogió la labor de la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos de Mongolia y de la Fiscalía en la recepción e investigación de las denuncias, en 2010 el Relator Especial sobre la cuestión de la tortura puso de relieve la necesidad de que esos mecanismos contaran con fondos suficientes y que pudieran trabajar sin injerencias, para asegurar su debido funcionamiento .
