وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض، أدى إنشاء وتفعيل الأمانة المعنية بمنع الإرهاب والتحقيق فيه، ووحدات التحقيق لمكافحة الاختطاف والفساد والاتجار بالمخدرات التابعة للنيابة العامة، ووحدات العمليات الخاصة التابعة للقوات العسكرية، إلى البحث عن نظم للتنسيق والتعاون في مجال الاستخبارات بين كافة هذه القوات من أجل منع الأعمال الإجرامية.

As a result of the creation of the Secretariat on Prevention and Investigation of Terrorism (SEPRINTE), of the investigative units of the Public Prosecutor’s Office charged with combating kidnapping, corruption and drug trafficking, and of the special operations units of the military, efforts have been made to develop systems of coordination and joint intelligence to be applied by all these crime-prevention forces.

A tales efectos, la creación y accionar de la Secretaría de Prevención e Investigación del Terrorismo (SEPRINTE); Unidades de Investigación Antisecuestro, Anticorrupción y contra el Tráfico de Drogas en el Ministerio Público; y las Unidades de Operaciones Especiales en las Fuerzas Militares; ha llevado a la búsqueda de sistemas de coordinación y trabajo conjunto de inteligencia entre todas estas fuerzas para la prevención de actos delictivos.

Ainsi, la création et l’action du Secrétariat pour la prévention du terrorisme et les enquêtes y relatives (SEPRINTE), des services d’enquête contre les enlèvements, la corruption et le trafic de drogues, qui relèvent du ministère public, et des services d’opérations spéciales de l’armée ont entraîné la mise au point de systèmes de coordination et de coopération dans le domaine du renseignement afin que tous ces services concourent à la prévention de ces infractions.

Уже само создание и деятельность Секретариата по предупреждению и расследованию терроризма (СЕПРИНТЕ); следственных бригад прокуратуры по борьбе с похищением людей, коррупцией и отмыванием денег и спецподразделений в вооруженных силах вызвало к жизни необходимость разработки механизмов координации и сотрудничества в области разведывательной деятельности между всеми этими силовыми органами в целях предупреждения преступных актов.
