For complaints and disputes that cannot be resolved between PartyLite and the complainant, PartyLite has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), a division of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to resolve panel to resolve complaints and disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles.
