The parties agree that this contract is not a contract for the sale of goods; therefore, this Agreement shall not be governed by codification of Article 2 or 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code, or any references to the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
