This is part of the obligation undertaken by the Croatian Government in accepting the Programme of Return and Accommodation of Displaced Persons and Refugees (Official Gazette No # ), adopted by the Croatian State Parliament on # une # “The Government shall propose to the Croatian State Parliament within three months to change the existing laws, which were adopted in response to the then actual needs, so as to make all categories to which this Programme applies equal in their status of returnees.”

C'est l'un des engagements que ce dernier a pris lorsqu'il a accepté le Programme de retour et d'hébergement des personnes déplacées et des réfugiés (Journal officiel no # ), adopté par le Parlement croate le # juin # «Le Gouvernement proposera au Parlement croate, dans les trois mois, des modifications aux lois existantes, qui ont été adoptées en réponse aux besoins du moment, de sorte que toutes les catégories de rapatriés visées par ce programme aient les mêmes droits.»
