The present invention relates to an image information storage controlling device, and may provide a method and device which not only record an accident that has immediately occurred, as would a conventional vehicle black box, but also selectively record an incident, when a user witnesses unethical and illegal behavior, and use wireless near field communication to transmit information on the location at which the incident has occurred and an image of the incident to the user's portable terminal and simultaneously store same in a database server of the user, or use an external storage device to store/manage the recorded incident.

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de commande de stockage d'information d'image, et peut procurer un procédé et un dispositif qui non seulement enregistrent un accident qui vient de se produire, comme le ferait une boîte noire de véhicule classique, mais également enregistrent de façon sélective un incident, quand un utilisateur constate un comportement non éthique et illégal, et utilisent une communication de courte portée sans fil pour transmettre une information concernant l'emplacement auquel l'incident s'est produit et une image de l'incident au terminal mobile de l'utilisateur, et stocker simultanément ces dernières dans un serveur de base de données de l'utilisateur, ou utilisent un dispositif de stockage externe pour stocker/gérer l'incident enregistré.

본 발명은 영상정보 저장 제어 장치에 관한 것으로서, 기존 차량용 블랙박스에 기반하여 직접적인 사고 상황 발생 시에 기록하는 기능뿐만 아니라 사용자가 비윤리적이며 범법행위를 목격하였을 경우 선택적으로 사건을 기록하여 사건 발생 위치 정보와 사건 영상을 근거리 무선 통신을 이용하여 사용자 휴대 단말로 전송함과 동시에 사용자 데이터베이스 서버로 저장하거나 외부저장장치를 이용하여 기록된 사건을 저장/관리하는 방법 및 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
