ويزيد من تردّي حالة اليافعين عندنا عدم الحصول على احتياجات الحياة الضرورية كمياه الشرب المأمونة والتصحاح ، فضلا عن التعليم الابتدائي في المناطق الريفية، خاصةً المناطق المتأثرة بالحرب وتمادي هجمات المتمردين المتكرّرة.

The situation of our youthful population is further affected by lack of access to basic necessities of life such as safe drinking water and sanitation, as well as basic primary education in the rural areas, especially those affected by the war and continuous, recurrent dissident attacks.

La situación de nuestra población joven se ve aún más afectada por la falta de acceso a las necesidades básicas de la vida como son el agua potable y el saneamiento, además de la educación primaria básica en las zonas rurales, especialmente en las que se ven afectadas por la guerra y por constantes ataques de los disidentes.

La situation de nos jeunes est aggravée par le manque d’accès aux éléments vitaux de la vie tels que l’eau potable et l’hygiène ainsi qu’un enseignement fondamental dans les zones rurales, notamment touchées par la guerre et les attaques rebelles incessantes.
