Klient dále uděluje bance oprávnění zpřístupnit informace v maximálním rozsahu povoleném příslušnými právními předpisy, které se týkají klienta a jsou předmětem bankovního tajemství, třetím osobám, je-li to dle názoru banky nezbytné na ochranu jejích oprávněných zájmů.

The client further authorises the Bank to disclose to third parties such information to the maximum extent allowed by the respective legal regulations, which concern the client and are subjected to the Bank Secrecy, if such disclosure is according to the Bank s opinion necessary for protection of its own legitimate interests.
