وفي 30 حزيران/يونيه 2008، أصدرت محكمة مقاطعة مرسية حكماً يقضي بأن الوقائع الثابتة تشكل الاستمرار في جريمة غش مع ظروف مشددة وحكمت على أصحاب البلاغ بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات وستة أشهر بموجب المواد 248 و249 و250 (الفقرتان الفرعيتان 6 و7 من الفقرة 1) والمادة 74 من القانون الجنائي الصادر عام 1995([footnoteRef:2]).

On 30 June 2008, the Provincial Court ruled that the established facts constituted the continuing offence of fraud with aggravating circumstances and sentenced the authors to 3 years and 6 months’ imprisonment, under articles 248, 249, 250 (para. 1, subparas. 6 and 7) and 74 of the Criminal Code of 1995.
